A law firm seeks a mid-level to senior associate with 4-8 years of experience to join the Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group in Sacramento, CA. The candidate will focus on technology transactions in the health care and life sciences sectors.

Duties

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial technology agreements.
• Advise on privacy and data security laws applicable to health care.
• Manage transactions independently and collaborate with senior attorneys and clients.
• Provide guidance on health technology and artificial intelligence matters.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in technology transactions.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent writing, drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Education

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing of the Bar of the jurisdiction(s) where admitted to practice.
• Timely admission to the Bar of the state where the hiring office is located required.
