CVS Health is seeking a Lead Data Privacy Engineer to advance enterprise privacy engineering and data protection for a healthcare giant. You will drive PETs, encryption, tokenization, and privacy-by-design practices while aligning with GDPR, CCPA/HIPAA requirements.

Collaborating with Cybersecurity, Legal, Compliance, and Product teams, you will translate evolving regulations into scalable architectures and governance controls, shaping privacy strategy across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Privacy/ security or related tech disciplines with regulatory controls.
• 5+ years building enterprise data protection capabilities (encryption, DLP, PETs).
• 5+ years with cloud-native/DevSecOps and IaC.
• Strong programming in Python/Java/Go.
• Experience with GDPR/CCPA/HIPAA compliance and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of enterprise data protection and privacy engineering.
• Design and deploy PETs like encryption, tokenization, anonymization, DLP.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to embed privacy-by-design.
• Conduct privacy risk and impact assessments and monitoring.
• Drive governance, metrics, and continuous privacy improvements.
