Sony Interactive Entertainment in San Diego is hiring a Senior Manager, Data PMO to guide a team of Program Managers and drive complex Data initiatives that align with business strategy. You will partner with Data, Engineering, Product and Business leaders to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering impact through scalable PMO practices in a fast-paced entertainment tech environment.

Qualifications

8+ years of program or project management experience.
Proven ability to lead PMOs and high-visibility programs.
Experience coordinating across multiple teams and executives.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Program Managers and coach performance.
Directly lead select strategic Data programs from strategy to delivery.
Provide leadership across the Data portfolio and align priorities.
Partner with senior leaders to frame problems and recommendations.
Improve PMO practices for predictability and efficiency.
