Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager, Data PMO to lead a team of Program Managers and directly manage select high-impact Data programs. You will partner with senior leaders across Data, Engineering, Product and Business to translate strategy into execution and deliver measurable outcomes.

You will drive scalable PMO practices, improve delivery predictability, and address systemic issues to empower cross-functional teams and deliver value across PlayStation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program/project management or related technology leadership experience.
• Proven success leading Program Managers while also personally leading complex, high-visibility programs.
• Experience operating across multiple programs, teams and senior stakeholders in a complex, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Program Managers, setting expectations and coaching growth.
• Directly lead strategic, high-impact Data programs with clear outcomes and governance.
• Provide leadership across the Data portfolio, aligning priorities and resources across programs.
