You will design scalable test frameworks, validate data accuracy, and collaborate with data engineers, backend developers, and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of QA automation with 2+ years on data pipelines or data warehouses.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python.
• Experience with SQL for data validation.
• Experience testing against Snowflake/Redshift.
• Understanding ETL/ELT, data ingestion, and lineage.
• Experience with REST API testing and backend validation.
• GitHub Actions and version control (Git).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks across the data stack.
• Validate data integrity, schema correctness, and transformation accuracy.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and reliability gaps in data workflows.
• Build and maintain data quality validation test suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to test data management strategies.
• Collaborate with release teams on validation and triage defects.
• Mentor junior QE engineers and promote data-quality culture.
