Job summary

Movable Ink is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the event data pipeline, collaborating with data engineering to ingest, normalize, and provide governed data across the platform. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, drive a clear product backlog, and partner with Sales and CX to align roadmap with customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with engineering teams on data-intensive products.
• Fluency in event data pipeline concepts including ingestion, real-time processing, and normalization.
• Familiarity with Snowflake, Kafka, Databricks, or Airflow; software/data engineering background is a plus.
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements.
• Comfortable building credibility with data teams and commercial partners like Sales and CX.
• Strong backlog prioritization across platform dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the backlog for the event data pipeline, including ingestion and normalization, with data engineers.
• Translate Sales and CX use cases into clear product requirements for the engineering team.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and maintain visibility in Sales and CX to align work with customer needs.
• Contribute to a cohesive platform roadmap across the data and integrations portfolio.
• Define and track reliability and quality benchmarks post go-live (60–90 days).
• Stay current on the data platform landscape and advise on architectural trade-offs with engineering.
• Advocate relentlessly for customers in every interaction and decision.
