Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise-scale SaaS platforms or core software infrastructure.
• BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical experience.
• Proven ability to produce solid, actionable plans from incomplete, conflicting, or highly ambiguous inputs.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a track record of collaborating across global functions and time zones.
• Demonstrated business results from platform capabilities or products shipped at scale.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the long-term product vision and strategy for the data platform, ensuring infrastructure and analytics roadmaps align with the scale of the world’s identity traffic.
• Architect a robust API strategy and developer tooling framework to ensure data is consumed securely by services across the ecosystem.
• Collaborate with India-based engineering and development scrum teams to deliver high-performance data pipeline enhancements and architectural improvements.
• Distill complex requirements from diverse stakeholder groups into precise technical specifications.
• Analyze large-scale product data and identity-centric logs to identify friction points and drive improvements in platform performance and user experience.
• Validate assumptions at low cost by building hypotheses and designing rigorous experiments before major investments.
• Track industry trends in data engineering, AI/ML, and analytics to maintain competitive edge and drive innovation.
• Enable internal counterparts by serving as the primary SME for data platform capabilities.
