Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Princeton, NJ seeks a Senior Manager, Data Engineer to lead data engineering initiatives across GDD for patient/site engagement and feasibility & forecasting.

You'll collaborate with AI/Data teams, build scalable data platforms using Databricks Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, and GenAI integrations, and mentor junior staff to accelerate clinical trial data access and governance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Data Eng/Analytics/AI-ML with cloud data capabilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Databricks Delta Lake and Unity Catalog.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT, data modeling, and semantic analytics.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-functional AI and Data initiatives.
• Develop scalable data solutions for clinical data usage.
• Collaborate with BI/analysts to drive adoption of the Data Platform.
• Build/maintain GenAI and NLP apps to improve efficiency.
• Mentor junior analysts and vendor resources.
