Job summary

Omada Health is seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, build, and maintain robust data architectures and pipelines that power analytics and ML initiatives. You will ensure data integrity, performance, and scalability while collaborating with data scientists and analysts to deliver data-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes ETL design, data modeling, and governance, with a strong focus on secure, scalable data platforms in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Experience designing scalable data architectures and data models for BI/analytics.
• 5+ years building, maintaining, and orchestrating scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with Airflow or Python-based data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and big data tech (Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with data governance, PHI/PII security practices, and data quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data architectures and pipelines.
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models for BI/analytics.
• Develop and optimize ETL processes ensuring low latency and high throughput.
• Integrate diverse data sources (APIs, databases, third-party data) into a unified platform.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to deliver data solutions.
