Arya Health is seeking a Senior Software Engineer focusing on Data to join our New York team. In this role, you will architect and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, optimize Postgres performance, and collaborate with various teams to integrate systems efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on data systems or backend integrations.
• Hands-on experience with Airbyte, Dagster, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Airbyte or Dagster.
• Integrate with REST, GraphQL, and file-based APIs.
• Optimize Postgres queries and schemas for performance.

Skills

Software engineering experience

Expert in SQL

Proficient with Postgres optimization

Strong programming skills in Node.js or Python

Hands-on experience with Airbyte, Dagster
