CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to design, build, run, and evolve an Azure Databricks data platform that ingests, validates, and protects data for the business domain data engineering teams.

We treat the platform as a software product, emphasize CI/CD, Terraform and Unity Catalog, and value production operations experience. This role offers remote work within the United States.

Competenze

• 3+ years progressive in software, platform, DevOps/SRE, or data engineering.
• ~2+ years building or operating cloud data platforms or production data systems.
• Strong Python skills (packaging, modular and testable code) and CI/CD experience.
• Terraform experience managing Azure and Databricks resources.
• Production experience with Spark/PySpark and SQL.
• Databricks/Azure: Delta Lake, Unity Catalog, Jobs, Delta Live Tables knowledge.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain the shared Python libraries and configuration-driven frameworks.
• Own the GitHub Actions pipelines and release process for Databricks assets.
• Extend Terraform coverage of Azure and Databricks infrastructure.
• Support production platform operations, observability, incidents, and RCA.
• Maintain platform data controls with Unity Catalog and data protection.
