CVS Health is seeking a Senior Data Platform Engineer to build, run, and evolve an Azure Databricks data platform that ingests, validates, and protects data for data engineering teams.

You will develop shared Python libraries, own GitHub Actions pipelines and Terraform coverage, and support production reliability, governance with Unity Catalog, and domain enablement for onboarding data sources. A strong collaboration across remote stakeholders is expected.

Formación

• 3+ years progressive in software, platform, DevOps/SRE, or data engineering.
• 2+ years building or operating cloud data platforms or production data systems.
• Strong Python skills (packaging, modular and testable code, pytest).
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) for multi-environment deployments.
• Terraform experience managing Azure and Databricks resources.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Development: Build and maintain shared Python libraries and configuration-driven frameworks for domain pipelines.
• CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code: Own GitHub Actions pipelines and release process; extend Terraform coverage of Azure and Databricks.
• Operations, Reliability & Recovery: Support production platform; improve observability; triage incidents; runbooks and disaster recovery.
• Security & Governance: Maintain platform/data controls with Unity Catalog; support data protection and governance in healthcare.
• Domain Enablement: Partner with domain teams to onboard data sources and create self-service features.
