The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data architecture/engineering, strong leadership in Agile environments, and experience with healthcare data.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data architecture and engineering experience.
• Proven track record building and growing high‑performing engineering teams.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, payer/provider) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end centralized Power BI monitoring and reporting platform.
• Define data architecture and schemas for governance and analytics.
• Lead and mentor a data operations team of engineers.
