Job summary

Inovalon, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Data & Analytics Platform Engineering to own an end-to-end centralized Power BI monitoring and reporting platform for the Enterprise Data Strategy team.

You will lead architecture, pipelines, and reports while building and guiding a capable team. The role requires hands-on capability across the full stack, strong data architecture skills, and the ability to partner with governance, informatics, and analytics leads to ensure audit readiness and

Qualifications

• 10+ years of data architecture and engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading high-performing engineering teams in Agile.
• Experience with healthcare data (claims, EHR, payer/provider) preferred.
• Strong backend development skills in Java or Python.
• Proficient in Power BI and DAX for reporting.
• Experience with AWS data services and cloud storage.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data platform architecture and governance.
• Design, build, and maintain ingestion pipelines and integrations.
• Lead and mentor a data operations team of engineers.
• Ensure data security, HIPAA compliance, and data quality.
• Develop and troubleshoot Power BI reports and data models.
• Drive Agile delivery and continuous team improvement.
• Collaborate with Data Governance, Informatics, and Analytics leads.
