Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Architect to lead technical engagements with enterprise customers, driving analytics adoption and scalable platform solutions. You will partner with Sales, Support, Product, Consulting, and Customer Success to ensure value realization from the Alteryx Platform.

You will guide implementation, optimization, and innovation across diverse client environments, with emphasis on data architectures and cloud integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Demonstrated success leading analytics/BI deployments and enterprise client relationships.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer and Server; cloud platforms and data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic contact for assigned customers during their subscription term.
• Advise on data strategies, analytics maturity, and integrations with Alteryx solutions.
• Guide Centers of Excellence and scalable governance for analytic modernization.
• Architect and guide complex deployments of Alteryx platforms (Designer, Server, Intelligence Suite).
• Lead environment planning, upgrades, and optimization based on usage patterns.
• Deliver enablement plans, documentation, and proactive recommendations.
