Job summary

Alteryx is seeking a Senior Architect, remote-friendly, to lead complex deployments of the Alteryx Platform and guide customers through implementation and scale. You will partner with Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success to align solutions with evolving client needs and technology landscapes.

You will act as a technical thought leader and trusted advisor, delivering enablement plans, governance frameworks, and analytic modernization initiatives across enterprise accounts while traveling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field; 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Proven expertise with Alteryx Designer and Server; Alteryx Core Certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of data platforms and databases (SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP); cloud certifications a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical and strategic point of contact for assigned customers throughout the subscription term.
• Advise on best practices, data strategies, analytic maturity, and integrations using Alteryx solutions.
• Guide clients in establishing Centers of Excellence and scalable governance frameworks.
• Partner with internal teams to align expertise to support technical outcomes and initiatives.
• Architect and guide complex deployments of Alteryx platforms (Designer, Server, AACP, Intelligence Suite).
• Lead environment planning and upgrades, monitor usage, identify opportunities for optimization and training.
