Job summary

Catch Coverage seeks a Data Engineering & Analytics Senior Manager to lead and scale our data platform. Based in Clearwater, FL or Fort Lauderdale, you will direct data pipelines, modeling, and governance for calls, enrollments, and marketing spend, enabling reliable reporting for operations, sales, compliance, and finance.

You will manage a small data team, own the data roadmap, and work with leaders to translate data into actionable insights while protecting PHI/PII.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data engineering or analytics with leadership experience.
• Advanced Snowflake skills including data modeling and RBAC.
• Strong SQL and Python for production ETL/ELT pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own architecture and standards across Snowflake, AWS, and third-party tools.
• Build and run production ETL/ELT pipelines from multiple data sources.
• Manage Snowflake operations, including access, sizing, and cost control.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for data issues.
• Develop dimensional models and curated data marts for analytics.
• Deliver analytics-ready datasets powering dashboards and self-service.
