Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in Software Engineering and 5+ years applied experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading effective use of approved AI-assisted software development tools with the ability to set team expectations for validating AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity considerations and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
• Strong knowledge of data architecture and modeling patterns, including dimensional modeling and database design.

Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and delivering AI-enabled platform capabilities that power next-generation data management products.
• Drives team adoption of enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering practices and promotes reusable patterns.
• Own end-to-end delivery of data management products across UI, APIs, services, and data pipelines.
• Develop secure high-quality production code and review code written by others.
• Establish production-grade operations, monitoring, incident response, and governance for agentic capabilities.
