Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the enterprise job scheduling environment for high availability.
• Monitor workflows, diagnose failures, and resolve incidents with stakeholders.
• Administer scheduling tools and ensure adherence to SLAs and processes.
• Manage file transfer and encryption processes and validate movements across systems.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to meet availability requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, and PMs to improve performance.
• Maintain IT risk, incident, problem, and change controls and document through ticketing.
