Motion Recruitment is seeking a Senior Data Operations Analyst for a global entertainment company to support a centralized platform for content and campaign planning. Location: LA or NYC with onsite work; contract for 8 months, pay of 70/hr on a W2.

The role involves translating unstructured information into clean, structured data, coordinating with senior leaders, and ensuring data accuracy and timely updates across stakeholder teams.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Entertainment/media industry experience with content slates or timelines.
• Ability to translate unstructured notes into structured data.
• Experience handling confidential or pre-release information.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Detail-oriented with data accuracy and independence.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code tools and relational data concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfortable in evolving processes.

Responsabilités

• Attend recurring stakeholder meetings and capture decisions, data points, action items, and open questions.
• Confirm information with business leaders before entering data.
• Maintain accurate records and meet turnaround expectations.
• Handle embargoed titles and pre-release information.
• Respond to stakeholder requests with clear data entries.
• Provide weekly progress updates on tasks and issues.
• Identify data conflicts, outdated records, and gaps.
• Maintain an observations log and spot trends to improve data quality.
• Offer feedback to improve the data management process.
