Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative/health field required.
• 7+ years of healthcare data analysis experience, with claims-level data and population health metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience building dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
• Experience with data warehouses platforms (Springbuk, Cotiviti, Cedargate or similar).
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to non-technical/clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex healthcare data into actionable insights and data narratives.
• Develop intuitive dashboards to drive population health strategy and clinical decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinical, population health, account management, HR, and finance teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Present findings to internal and external stakeholders, tailoring to the audience and addressing questions.
• Perform ad hoc queries and analyses to respond to leadership requests with context.
• Define and analyze cohorts to assess clinical, financial, and population health performance.
• Ensure data quality and validation, document limitations, and coordinate with data engineers to resolve issues.
