EMD Serono in Boston is seeking a Senior Data & MLOps Engineer to own data foundations from ingestion to production, collaborating with Data Science, Medical, Analytics, and IT to turn prototypes into scalable, governed solutions.

The role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, deploying machine learning models, and enabling GenAI use cases while adhering to privacy, security, and compliance standards in healthcare data. Hybrid work 3 days onsite.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years in data engineering, MLOps, or related roles.
• Hands-on production data pipelines and ETL/ELT experience.
• Experience deploying ML models and AI workflows.
• Strong SQL, Python, and shell scripting.
• Experience with AWS, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities
