Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Project Data Manager to lead the data management for assigned projects within our Clinical Solutions team. You will ensure CDM activities align with contract terms and sponsor expectations, coordinating with Data Management, Operations, and Project Management to drive milestones and quality.

The role requires extensive CDM experience, leadership, and proficiency with Rave CDMS and related systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in the biological sciences or RN; or equivalent experience.
• Clinical data management experience; 10+ years in CDM.
• Experience leading studies and client-facing exposure.
• End-to-end CDM experience (Setup 4–5 years, Conduct, Closeout).
• Proficiency with CDMS tools like Rave; familiarity with Oracle Clinical/Inform systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management for assigned projects and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Coordinate work of Data Management/Data Operations team and act as liaison with PM and Clinical Monitor teams.
• Oversee launch, delivery and completion of CDM activities per SOPs and sponsor expectations.
• Provide project-specific training to internal/external audiences as required.
• Manage project finances, including revenue recognition and changes in scope.
