Job summary

Workiva seeks a Senior Domain Architect, Data Management, to lead technical advisory, onboarding, and implementation efforts for data management and integration solutions. You will bridge Sales, Engineering, and Customer & Partner Experience teams to deliver scalable, value-driven outcomes.

You will engage with executive-level customers, design data workflows, and guide adoption while aligning with the product roadmap and security standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 6+ years in customer-facing roles (Technical Customer Success, Solution Architecture or Consulting).
• Experience with agentic workflows and human-in-the-loop controls is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data management, integration, and automation best practices.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and data requirements with Workiva solutions.
• Partner with pre-sales to transition from sales to implementation services engagements.
• Engage with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• Define data integration workflows between customer systems and the Workiva platform.
• Develop data queries and reporting solutions and mentor stakeholders on best practices.
• Document deployed solutions and gather feedback to share with product teams.
• Monitor customer environments and stay aligned with the Workiva product roadmap.
