C3EL is seeking a Senior Data/Inventory Specialist to lead telecommunications inventory research, database management, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting supporting a large-scale DoD telecommunications transition program.

Responsibilities include maintaining transition databases, validating records across systems, and delivering data-driven reports to support government decision making. A strong data focus and DoD environment experience are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy government suitability.
  • Experience with IT or telecommunications inventory management, database management, data analysis, or configuration/service records.
  • Experience researching, validating, reconciling, and maintaining large datasets.
  • Experience identifying discrepancies between sources and resolving data-quality issues.
  • Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, reporting, and data-management tools.
  • Experience supporting DoD/Federal telecommunications or IT environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.

Position Title: Senior Data / Inventory Specialist

Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements. (Secret or higher preferred.)

(Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.)

Summary:

C3EL is seeking a Senior Data/Inventory Specialist to lead telecommunications inventory research, database management, data validation, reconciliation, and reporting supporting a large-scale DoD telecommunications transition program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead research, validation, reconciliation, and maintenance of telecommunications service inventory data.
  • Establish and maintain accurate transition and inventory databases.
  • Research service records across Government telecommunications systems and data sources.
  • Compare, reconcile, and validate records across multiple databases and source systems.
  • Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
  • Track service transition status, ordering activity, implementation, and disconnect actions.
  • Develop reports and metrics supporting Government decision-making and transition management.
  • Perform data quality reviews and ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory information.
  • Support Phase IV validation, database reconciliation, cleanup, and transition closeout activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required CAC/NIPRNet access and satisfy applicable Government suitability requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience with IT or telecommunications inventory management, database management, data analysis, or configuration/service records.
  • Experience researching, validating, reconciling, and maintaining large datasets.
  • Experience identifying discrepancies between multiple information sources and resolving data-quality issues.
  • Proficiency with database, spreadsheet, reporting, and data-management tools.
  • Experience supporting DoD/Federal telecommunications or IT environments preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
Education:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
