Job summary

You will develop into a technical advisor, author reference architectures and demos, and help grow the Databricks community in the Milan region through workshops and training events.

Qualifications

• Engage customers in technical sales, challenge questions, guide outcomes and articulate value propositions.
• Develop customer relationships and partner with account executives and teams.
• Experience with coding in Python/Java/Scala and willingness to learn Spark basics.
• Hands-on with big data analytics and public cloud platforms, shaping solutions.

Responsibilities

• Form successful relationships with clients in Italy, delivering value with Account Executives.
• Act as an expert in big data analytics to drive adoption of the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
• Create reference architectures, how-tos, and demo apps; lead regional workshops and meetups.
• Grow domain expertise to technical or industry specialist level.
