Job summary

Momsmeals in the United States is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights and build scalable analytics assets. You will partner with executives, own Power BI dashboards, and support the analytics roadmap across the organization.

Key responsibilities include maintaining Databricks and SQL-based workflows, delivering reproducible analyses, and shaping data-driven decisions with strong storytelling. Remote-friendly role, travel on initiation.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in analytics roles, including 2+ years leading projects with cross-functional stakeholders.
• 2+ years administering a Power BI or Microsoft Fabric environment, including workspace governance and deployment practices.
• Proven impact delivering analytics in complex environments with measurable business outcomes.
• Microsoft Fabric and Power BI: data modeling, DAX, semantic models, deployment pipelines.
• Statistical and financial analytics expertise and production SQL experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Power BI administration, including workspace governance and deployment practices.
• Publish trusted datasets, semantic models, and dashboards using DAX and Power Query.
• Adopt and champion BI development standards across the organization.
• Stay current with analytics methodologies and capabilities.
• Partner with executives to design analyses and communicate recommendations.
• Develop analytics products using Databricks, dbt, and BI tools.
• Build scalable Databricks workflows to wrangle large datasets and automate analyses.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data foundations are reliable.
• Own analysis quality through validation, reproducibility, and documentation.
• Define and monitor KPIs tied to business objectives.
