Job summary

PlanIT Group, LLC is seeking a senior data analyst to lead data discovery and requirements for new data ingestions, map source to target, and develop data dictionaries. You will perform data testing and validation while collaborating with business stakeholders and SMEs to ensure data quality and alignment with reporting needs.

You will guide teams in data research, validation, and reconciliation, leveraging SQL, Power BI, SSRS, and SSMS to deliver reliable insights and scalable data solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of data analysis, requirements definition, and data warehouse build experience.
• 8+ years hands-on SQL experience (intermediate to advanced).
• 5+ years leading teams in data research, analysis and validation.
• Experience with PowerBI and SSRS reporting tools.
• Experience with data validation, testing, and data reconciliation.
