Job summary

Clearwater Analytics in Boise seeks a Lead Reconciliation Implementation Associate to establish reconciliation processes for client books and to design automated workflows for scalable operations.

You will gather requirements with stakeholders, normalize and validate data across third‑party sources, monitor discrepancies, and promote accurate investment data across streams. This role requires strong analytical skills and effective communication within project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in reconciliation or investment accounting.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Complete client onboarding reconciliations with a focus on automation.
• Backfill and normalize data, identify discrepancies across systems.
• Collaborate with Stream Leads/PMs to communicate progress and risks.
• Apply knowledge of investment accounting concepts such as amortization and yields.
• Develop familiarity with vanilla fixed income and equity investments used by clients.
