Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking a Data Services - Technical Services Lead to lead and expand our Data Services & Analytics Technology Services practice. You will own data integration, data migration, and related technology solutions, while guiding delivery teams and managing financial performance.

The ideal candidate combines senior technical leadership with client relationship management, and will drive strategy, architecture, and delivery excellence across Higher Education, Nonprofit, Healthcare,

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology consulting, data integration, data migration, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams, architects, and/or integration practices.
• Demonstrated expertise architecting and delivering enterprise integrations and complex data migrations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one major enterprise integration platform (Boomi/Workato/MuleSoft) with cross-platform oversight.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and delivery execution of Attain's Integration Solutions and Data Migration Solutions offerings.
• Lead the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of Boomi, Workato, and MuleSoft implementation capabilities.
• Define delivery methodologies, reusable integration patterns, migration accelerators, and technical best practices.
• Establish architecture review and technical governance across projects.
• Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement across the DS&A practice.
