Job summary

Attain Partners is seeking an experienced Migration & Integration Developer to lead SQL-based data migrations and integrations for Higher Education clients, focusing on Advancement systems and Salesforce environments. You will design, develop, test, and execute pipelines, mappings, and validation logic to ensure data accuracy and successful delivery.

The role requires deep SQL development expertise, hands-on Salesforce configuration, and knowledge of advancement data workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in SQL development, database development, data migration, or data integration.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Higher Education institutions, preferably within Advancement, fundraising, or alumni relations.
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, including data model configuration, data loading, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated experience completing at least one enterprise data migration or integration initiative involving a Higher Education Advancement system.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and execute SQL-based data migrations and integrations between legacy systems, institutional databases, and Salesforce environments.
• Build and maintain data pipelines, staging tables, stored procedures, and transformation logic within database environments.
• Collaborate with technical architects, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and successful delivery of migration solutions.
• Develop and implement data mapping, reconciliation queries, and validation reports to monitor data quality and completeness.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for migration/integration issues and contribute to deployment readiness and cutover activities.
