Job summary

RTX Corporation, remote in the United States, seeks a Senior Manager for RTX ES Kinaxis Data Transformation to lead data integrations between SAP (ECC/S4) and Kinaxis, plus SAP IBP, with Talend as the core tool. This remote US-based role has a global scope.

You will design transformations, maintain legacy ECC feeds, support go-live migrations to S/4, and collaborate with SAP S/4 and IT teams. Experience with Kinaxis Maestro, Power BI/Tableau, and DevOps practices is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related quantitative field with 10+ years of experience.
• Cloud data engineering certification or related work experience >5 years.
• ETL/Data Integrations certification or related work experience >7 years (Talend/Qlik preferred).
• General Data management certification (CDMP) or related experience >10 years.
• Experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro in data integration roles.
• Strong SQL and data access negotiation with client IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Build data transformation logic in Talend to harmonize legacy SAP ECC with S/4 extracts for Kinaxis Maestro.
• Create outbound closed-loop files from Kinaxis Maestro to SAP and ensure SAP S/4 specifications are met.
• Maintain legacy ECC extracts and post-Go-Live S/4 data maintenance.
• Support PST (S/4/SAP IBP) implementation timelines and integration test cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement in data update efficiency and participate in PI Planning events.
