Job summary

RTX is seeking an SAP BTP IS Developer to join the RTX PST SAP Integration team. This remote role focuses on developing custom integrations within the SAP BTP Integration Suite.

The role involves understanding integration requirements, coordinating with SAP and Non‑SAP teams, and delivering iFlows and integrations using API Management, Event Mesh, and related SAP tools. Strong SAP collaboration and governance are essential.

Qualifications

• STEM degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years with an advanced degree, or 12 years without degree.
• Experience developing in SAP (S/4 HANA) including BTP Integration Suite and Cloud for Application Interface Framework.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues.
• Strong communication with functional and technical SAP teams, infrastructure, security and networking teams.
• Experience with APIM tool such as Apigee.
• Experience with Event Mesh.

Responsibilities

• Understand integration requirements with SAP and third‑party applications.
• Coordinate with SAP and Non‑SAP teams for design and solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams for technical design and documentation.
• Help define BTP governance and best practices.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom iFlows using SAP BTP Integration Suite within SAP CPI.
• Design, develop and deploy integrations using SAP API Management, Event Mesh or Advanced Event Mesh, and Managed file data transfers.
