Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Manager, IT Data Integration Lead for Omnichannel & Analytics to own end‑to‑end data integrations across Snowflake, Databricks, Veeva CRM, SFMC, and CDP ecosystems. You’ll translate complex business needs into actionable data requirements and ensure governance and scalable delivery.

You will partner with US Commercial stakeholders to drive analytics use cases like HCP Personalization, Patient 360, and omnichannel attribution within Biogen North America Commercial IT,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years leading enterprise IT integrations with strong analysis and requirements mgmt.
• Experience in life sciences with regulated data environments.
• Hands‑on experience linking enterprise data platforms with CRM/MarTech (Snowflake, Databricks to Veeva SFMC, CDP).
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns: API, batch/ETL, real-time, event-driven.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements discovery, documentation, and validation for backlog-ready work.
• Shape data models, datasets, and semantic layers aligned to business goals.
• Govern data integration design, data flows, and architecture decisions.
• Collaborate with DMA IT, EAS, AICT, and GCM IT to define integration patterns.
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure testing milestones and acceptance criteria.
