Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field.
• 5+ years of data analysis experience.
• Experience with large data environments and generating actionable insights.
• Advanced SQL with complex queries and SSIS ETL.
• Strong Tableau and data visualization, including dashboards and automation.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Knowledge of Medicare Advantage and CMS Star Ratings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to define business requirements for reporting and analysis.
• Analyze CMS Stars data and related measures (HOS, CAHPS, HEDIS, Pharmacy).
• Perform statistical analysis, benchmarking, and quality rating forecasting.
• Program evaluation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve Star performance.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and data extracts.
