Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of professional experience in data visualization, analytics, or decision-support reporting.
• Demonstrated expertise in Tableau Desktop (or similar tools).
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives for executive leadership.
• Excellent oral, written, and graphic presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple analytical projects independently in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design, user experience, and deployment of interactive dashboards and data products using Tableau Desktop in a Tableau Server environment.
• Transform complex datasets into compelling visual stories and digestible reports.
• Synthesize analysis into concise summaries, scorecards, and executive presentations.
• Apply analytics techniques to illuminate institutional questions and drive action.
• Communicate trends and insights to leadership through visual formats and publications.
• Translate survey outcomes into actionable narratives highlighting student experiences and policy implications.
