Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and staff to understand business needs and define analytical questions.
• Designs, builds, tests, publishes, and maintains dashboards and reporting in Tableau.
• Develops a unified analytics foundation for reusable data assets and rules.
• Maintains data quality and clear documentation across analytics products.
• Mentors analytics team members and supports staff development.
