The National Academy of Sciences seeks a Senior Business Data Analyst to partner with leadership and staff, translating complex data into actionable insights and building dashboards for strategic decisions.

You will design Tableau dashboards, develop reusable data assets, ensure data quality, and mentor staff, with 60% telework eligibility and a compensation range of $92,040–$126,550.

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of up-to-date data analysis techniques.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Excel, and Google Analytics.
• Ability to manage data pipelines for highly complex data.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Partner with leadership and staff to understand business needs and define analytical questions.
• Designs, builds, tests, publishes, and maintains dashboards and reporting in Tableau.
• Develops a unified analytics foundation for reusable data assets and rules.
• Maintains data quality and clear documentation across analytics products.
• Mentors analytics team members and supports staff development.
