Job summary

America Needs You seeks a Senior Manager, Data & Impact to lead program data, evaluation, and reporting efforts. This role partners with staff to ensure data is collected, analyzed, and used to strengthen programs and communicate impact.

You will build practical measurement approaches aligned with the Theory of Change, manage surveys and dashboards, and drive continuous improvement across national and regional teams.

Qualifications

• Significant nonprofit data management or evaluation experience.
• Experience owning data/reporting across multiple teams.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and BI dashboards.
• Strong Python or R and SQL skills.
• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead data strategy, governance, and reporting across programs.
• Develop dashboards and narratives for internal/external audiences.
• Oversee data quality, privacy, and system integration.
• Collaborate with teams to embed data-driven decision making.
• Mentor staff on data use and outcomes reporting.
