NeighborWorks America seeks a Sr. Manager, Success Measures Evaluation to lead participatory evaluation projects for nonprofit and philanthropic clients.

You will oversee concurrent projects, manage budgets up to $300,000, and ensure clear communication with clients while guiding teams of staff and consultants. You'll advance innovative evaluation methods, visualize data for accessible storytelling, and strengthen client relationships through thoughtful leadership and effective project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in evaluation, social science, public administration, or related fields.
• 6–8 years of relevant evaluation experience in a nonprofit, foundation, or consulting setting.
• Experience in U.S. housing and community development field.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
