Job summary

Xsolla is seeking a technical product manager with deep expertise in data and identity platforms to own the layer that informs what the advertising business knows about a player. You will shape interfaces between data, identity, and the ads stack, ensuring a scalable, compliant foundation.

You will collaborate with data engineering, backend, and SDK teams to specify event taxonomies, contracts, and real-time pathways, balancing performance, privacy, and business impact across a growing global

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management, with data/platform ownership.
• Proven track record building data/identity platforms used by other teams.
• Understanding of ad tech, attribution models, audience segmentation.
• Experience with privacy-preserving measurement and compliance.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the identity and data platform for advertising.
• Define interface between the customer data platform and the ads stack.
• Own canonical event taxonomy and schema across web and app surfaces.
• Oversee attribution, MMP integration, signal collection.
• Maintain real-time event paths for impressions, clicks, and conversions.
• Write and enforce data contracts with guarantees.
• Ensure GDPR/CCPA/ATT compliance.
