Responsibilities

• Analyze governance gaps, risks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, current-state and future-state design for governance initiatives.
• Translate governance policies into actionable requirements, workflows, and controls.
• Develop SOPs, RACI matrices, and performance measures to support governance.
• Support process implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of governance.
