Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and data management practices to identify governance gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation, current-state and future-state process design for governance initiatives.
• Translate governance policies and decisions into actionable requirements, workflows, and procedures.
• Develop SOPs, RACI matrices, and performance measures to support governance implementation.
• Support governance adoption and continuous improvement across operations and technology delivery.
