Voyant Beauty seeks a Director of Master Data Management to establish and govern the company’s enterprise master data across ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and product domains. The role leads data standards and governance to ensure data accuracy and a true single source of truth.

Collaboration with Operations, IT, Finance, Sales, and R&D is essential. The director will define data ownership, lifecycle processes, and governance controls, driving data quality KPIs and enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Management, or related field.
• 7-9 years progressive experience in Master Data Management, ERP administration, data governance, or related discipline.
• 7-9 years working in manufacturing and/or supply chain environment.
• 7-9 years experience with ERP systems and master data elements (item, BOMs, routings, customer/vendor data, product lifecycle).

Responsabilités

• Develop and enforce enterprise master data policies, standards, and governance practices across domains.
• Lead or facilitate Master Data Governance meetings and cross-functional governance discussions.
• Oversee master data processes supporting ERP platforms and data migrations.
• Design standardized master data creation/maintenance processes and define roles and responsibilities.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT on master data requirements.
• Support ERP implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
• Document training materials and governance resources for master data.
