Job summary

Vantage is seeking a Senior Data Governance Manager for North America Operations, based in Denver, CO, with a flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible). The role focuses on governance, data quality, owner stewardship, and cross-functional accountability to drive reliable performance.

You will partner with operations leaders, data owners, and steward teams to standardize metrics, resolve data issues, and embed governance into daily processes.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing data governance across large operations.
• Ability to translate enterprise standards into practical governance practices.
• Strong collaboration with data owners and stewards to ensure data accountability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Operations data-governance framework, roadmap, decision rights, and operating practices in alignment with enterprise standards.
• Operationalize data-owner and data-steward responsibilities across Operations functions with clear expectations and accountability.
• Facilitate governance decisions and resolve cross-functional data ownership, definition, quality, access, and usage issues.
• Identify critical data elements with business and data teams, establish quality rules and controls.
• Monitor data-quality and trust indicators; coordinate remediation with owners and data teams.
• Establish and maintain Operations definitions, ownership records, sources, and metadata.
• Coordinate documentation of data lineage and align with enterprise catalogs and data standards.
