Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Data Governance to enable NA Operations to use data confidently, define ownership, and improve performance. You will establish governance practices, ensure data is reliable, traceable, and fit for purpose, and partner with Operations leaders, data owners, and stewards across functions.

Qualifications

Five+ years in data governance, data management, analytics, data products, or related discipline.
Experience implementing governance operating models, ownership/stewardship, glossaries, catalogs, and data-quality processes.
Experience with catalog, metadata, lineage, data-quality, observability, and governance automation tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the Operations data-governance framework and roadmaps.
Operationalize data-owner and data-steward responsibilities across Operations.
Coordinate governance across Operations, Global Data & AI, and technology teams.
