Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking an Associate Director, Enterprise Data Governance to build and scale enterprise data governance and stewardship across the organization.

The role partners with the Head of Enterprise Data Governance to translate policy into scalable business processes and drive adoption of governance practices. You will lead onboarding, enable metadata management, and ensure governance technologies support data quality, compliance, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years in data governance, data stewardship, or related fields.
• Ability to influence governance adoption without formal authority.
• Experience leading cross-functional governance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a SME for enterprise data governance and data stewardship.
• Lead onboarding of business and data domains into federated governance.
• Enable enterprise data discovery through metadata management and data catalog.
• Implement metadata management and stewardship workflows.
• Lead governance policy creation and operating models.
• Coach and train data stewards and business stakeholders.
• Monitor and report governance KPIs and progress.
