Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Senior Data Governance Analyst with deep SAP MDG expertise to govern master data across Agile PLM and SAP S/4HANA. You will define, implement, and optimize data governance for material master data, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure data quality and enterprise-wide consistency.

The role spans data modeling, requirements gathering, and governance process design, with ownership of data stewardship and cross-system data synchronization.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP MDG and master data governance across ERP ecosystems.
• Ability to map and document master data requirements and data stewardship models.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for master data management initiatives (Agile PLM, SAP S/4HANA, MDG).
• Define data governance processes, ownership, and stewardship for material master data.
• Document requirements, flows, and specs for product master data domain.
• Support SAP MDG design, validation, and integration with downstream systems.
• Harmonize Agile PLM with SAP MDG/S4 for data synchronization across platforms.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, IT for data consistency.
• Maintain documentation for data models, governance rules, and processes.
• Assist in data migration, cleansing, and enrichment during transitions.
• Provide support for data quality issues and change requests.
• Champion data quality and governance aligned with corporate strategy.
