Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive MDG-centered data governance for global clients, across material, business partner, and finance domains. You will design, configure, and deploy SAP MDG solutions within S/4HANA contexts, guiding data quality, migrations, and governance programs.

You will collaborate with data stewards, process owners, and client teams, lead workstreams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, traveling as needed to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 6+ years in SAP, enterprise data management, ERP, or consulting.
• 5+ years of SAP consulting or EDM experience including 2 full-lifecycle implementations.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP MDG experience, including at least 1 full-lifecycle project.
• 2+ years of SAP MDG configuration in at least 1 domain with multiple capabilities.
• 2+ years of modeling, mapping, configuring SAP data models across at least 2 domains.
• Experience gathering data requirements and executing data migration with SAP tools.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support MDG implementations across multiple master data domains.
• Configure and enhance MDG capabilities including data models, FPM, BRFplus, validations, workflows, and replication.
• Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to define data requirements and governance rules.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, migration, and reconciliation with SAP tools.
• Develop specifications, test scripts, cutover plans, and migration runbooks; support testing, deployment, and hypercare.
• Demonstrate independent work and strong communication to deliver results.
