Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. seeks an experienced SAP Master Data Lead to drive enterprise data quality and governance across the SAP landscape. You will design and execute large-scale data migration from legacy systems into SAP S/4HANA, building robust MDG workflows and governance rules.

The role requires deep SAP MDG/MDM expertise, 8+ years in the field, and at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA projects as lead. Collaboration with business process owners and IT security is essential to ensure compliant

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on SAP Master Data Management experience
At least 2 full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects as Lead
Deep hands-on experience with SAP master data management tools
Experience with data transformation and ETL tooling
Domain knowledge of Master Data domains (BP/Vendor/Customer, Material/MM, FI-CO)
Ability to configure complex MDG workflows and dynamic routing

Responsibilities

Define and execute enterprise data migration strategy and mappings from legacy systems to SAP S/4HANA
Design and govern MDG workflows and data validation rules across core domains
Develop data cleansing, profiling, and deduping routines for data quality
Collaborate with process owners, consultants, and IT security to ensure compliance
Lead data mock cuts, unit/integration testing, and cutover activities during go-live
