Job summary

MEDXS/MEDEX seeks a Senior Information Manager in Falls Church, VA, to govern and ensure quality of clinical and executive health data across the enterprise. This role bridges the data infrastructure with mission use, upholding HIPAA, Privacy Act, and DoD information management standards.

You will lead data governance, quality monitoring, and executive reporting for Defense Health Headquarters, collaborating with engineering and policy teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum six (6) years of information technology data or information management experience.
• Experience managing clinical data flow and HIPAA compliance in DoD environments.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance and IT-level designation.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end flow of clinical and executive health information across MEDXS/MEDEX.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards and data dictionaries.
• Design and report on data quality management and monitoring.
• Serve as HIPAA and privacy compliance authority for data flows.
• Produce executive information products and dashboards for DHQ leadership.
